Product Introduction
The AN-48002800HMS X-ray Security Inspection System is specially designed for the security inspection of container vehicles in customs, ports, bases, and border ports. It reduces the manual time-consuming and laborious safety inspection of trucks and containers. Through X-ray fluoroscopy scanning, the images of the material, volume, and quantity of the goods in the container are generated to check for consistency with checklists and detect potential threats such as weapons, prohibited goods, and dangerous chemicals.
⚡
High Performance: Adopts adjustable electron accelerator from 4MeV to 7.5MeV. Penetration force can reach up to 350mm steel plate.
In mobile scanning mode, up to 30 vehicles can be checked per hour. In through-scan mode, the capacity increases up to 100 vehicles per hour. The system features a high-speed image data acquisition circuit (up to 0.8m per second), displaying cargo density and shape layer by layer through pseudo-color gray levels on high-resolution IPS LCD monitors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the maximum penetration capability of this system?
The system uses a high-energy accelerator that can penetrate up to 350mm of thick steel plate in active scanning mode.
Q2: How many vehicles can be inspected per hour?
It can inspect approximately 30 vehicles per hour in active mobile scanning mode and up to 100 vehicles per hour in the through-scan (drive-through) mode.
Q3: Is the system safe for operators and the environment?
Yes, the system complies with international standards (WHO, ICRP). It features 200mm thick lead shielding, safety interlocks, and radiation dosimeters to ensure the annual effective dose remains below 2msv.
Q4: Can the system differentiate between organic and inorganic materials?
Yes, the software includes material identification functions that classify organic and inorganic substances using different colors based on density and atomic number.
Q5: What are the environmental operating requirements?
The system is built for extreme conditions, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C and humidity up to 99% (IP45 rated).
Q6: What support is provided for installation and training?
Professional on-site installation, debugging, and comprehensive training for operation and maintenance personnel are standard services.
